About Ventus
Ventus is an independent Dutch service provider and knowledge sourcer in the field of IT Management. Ventus advises, drafts and realizes projects for governmental and non-profit organizations and the (inter)national business community.
The specialists, our so-called Executives, offer knowledge, decisiveness and years of experience, helping organizations with project and process management, IT implementations, strategy implementations and the set-up and supervision of sourcing management. The Executives also advise on how best to optimize company performance by, for example, guaranteeing the continuity of IT services, improving efficiency and minimizing risks. Ventus has developed several innovative methods, such as an IT Government Model and an IT Architecture Assessment.
